Palm Bungalow partners with interior designers, architects, home stagers, hospitality professionals and other qualified members of the design trade. Approved members receive preferred pricing on eligible purchases, personalized product guidance and access to our West Palm Beach studio.

From statement faux trees and custom botanical designs to planters and distinctive objects, we help the trade specify lasting greenery with the right scale, silhouette and finish.

Approved members receive 15% off eligible merchandise. Preferred Trade members may receive up to 20% off based on qualifying annual purchases.

Program terms

Important details

Eligibility and approval

The program is for qualified design professionals purchasing on behalf of clients or for resale. Applications and supporting credentials are subject to review. Membership is nontransferable and Palm Bungalow may approve, decline, suspend or terminate an account at its discretion.

Discounts and exclusions

Trade pricing applies only to eligible full-price merchandise and may vary by item. The maximum available discount is 20%. Discounts do not apply to sale items, gift cards, taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, design labor, rush fees, repair work, outside-vendor charges or other excluded items. Discounts cannot be combined.

Purchases and payment

The approved member or authorized business representative must place the order. Payment is due in full when ordered unless Palm Bungalow agrees otherwise in writing. Members are responsible for keeping account and tax documentation current.

Final sale policy

All sales are final. Custom designs, special orders and modified items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged once payment is made. Documented transit damage must be reported according to Palm Bungalow’s shipping and return policies.

Preferred Trade status

The 20% Preferred Trade level is based on at least $5,000 in eligible merchandise purchases during a rolling 12-month period. Taxes, delivery, shipping, labor, fees, returns and excluded products do not count toward the threshold. Status is reviewed annually and may change with purchasing activity.

Tax exemption

Trade membership does not automatically create tax-exempt status. A valid resale certificate applicable to the delivery destination must be accepted and kept on file before sales tax can be removed.
