Our beautiful Rust colored, Rose motif Lidded Jar looks as though it has been locked away in a temple for centuries! It's a classic moon jar shape with a matching lid are made from foot-stomp porcelain clay, with a hand painted blooming rose in a rust colored soda glaze resulting in a bubbled texture. This porcelain clay is mixed by hand and wedged by foot introducing small mineral particles that appear as rust colored spots after being fired.
