White Dendrobium Orchid Plant 59"

Orchids are the reigning flowers of the tropics.  Their classic appeal will never got out of style which is why so many homes incorporate them into the design. Unfortunately many people find that they just cant manage to keep the live plants alive for one reason or another. Our premium quality faux orchids look so much like the real plant that no one will know they aren't real!

Wire armature under the mouth petals allow the blooms to be shaped,  producing the most lifelike appearance.

Stems are shipped flat, for best results they should be shaped and bent by hand to resemble a live orchid. These orchids are sold attached to the leaf stalk so it is not necessary to purchase a separate leaf set.

*If you're more of a do-it-yourselfer we've got some tips for you:

1. Fill your selected container with styrofoam.
2. Glue preserved moss over top the styrofoam, covering it completely.
3. Decide how tall you want your faux orchids to be by holding the loose stem next to the arrangement. Then using wire cutters, trim the bottom stalk so that 4"-8" of the stalk will sink below the moss line.
4. Push the orchid plant through the moss into the foam in the desired locations.
5. Add a metal or bamboo stake for support and secure the orchid to the stake with a moss wrapped wire or raffia tie.
6. Pay attention to where your faux orchid arrangement will live, if it gets viewed from all sides make sure an orchid will face each direction. If it will go against a wall then make sure an orchid stem will go in three directions.
