Common Questions

What ceiling height does the Ficus Tree 7.5' need?
We recommend ceilings of 9' or higher. This artificial tree stands 7.5' and spreads about 4', leaving room for the canopy to read naturally.

Does this ficus tree require assembly?
Yes. It ships in two pieces with a quick-fit connection. Set the weighted pot in a sturdy planter with firm foam for stability.

The faux tree and its basic nursery-style pot are included. Decorative planters, baskets, moss, stone and other finishing materials shown in styled photographs are sold separately.

Palm Bungalow faux trees are designed exclusively for indoor use. They are not UV-treated and should not be placed outdoors, including on covered patios, balconies or porches.

Foliage may be compressed during storage, delivery or shipping. Gently spread out the stems and leaves after unpacking to create a fuller, naturally layered silhouette.
